That's for the space. No food or drink minimum: pay for drinks at the bar as you go. Seats about 90.

A full bar, and your own caterer
Outside catering is welcome for buyouts. Drinks are in-house.
Decorate it
Balloons and banners are welcome. Nothing that sticks or scatters, so no confetti, glitter, tape or pins.
All ages until 9 PM
Under-21s are welcome before 9 PM, just not at the bar. If your night runs past 9, everyone needs to be 21+.
Parking is sorted
We validate four hours in the Box Factory lot at check-in, so an ordinary night out costs nothing to park.
