- To authenticate admin and staff accounts.
- To improve our website and services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate our website:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Resend — email delivery
- Twilio — text message and phone call delivery
- Google — admin authentication via OAuth
- Vercel — website hosting
These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Text Messages
We text you only if you asked us to. You opt in by giving us your mobile number on a booking or private event inquiry and ticking the box next to it, or by texting or calling us and agreeing during that conversation.
What we send is about your own booking or your own question: a confirmation, a reply from a member of staff, a link to finish booking a night you asked about, a link to manage or cancel a booking you already have, or directions and parking when you ask for them. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity, since most messages are replies to you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. Your mobile number is passed only to the provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and to nobody else.
Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
