Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our services or interfere with the operation of the website.

Accounts

Certain features of our website require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

Gift Cards

A gift card you buy from us never expires, and we never take a fee out of its balance. You can spend the balance on a room, on food and on drinks, in any number of visits, until it runs out. A gift card is meant to be given away, so you may pass one on to somebody else, but you may not resell one.

The code is what proves the card, so anybody holding it can spend it. Keep it somewhere safe and treat it as you would the gift itself. If you lose a code, contact us with your purchase details and we will help where we can, though we may not be able to restore a balance that has already been spent.

Promotional Vouchers & Codes

Vouchers and codes we give away are not gift cards. They are subject to their stated terms, including any expiry date or usage restriction, they have no cash value, they cannot be resold, and each one is good for a single booking. We may void a promotional code that was obtained or used outside the terms it was issued under.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, or if you text or call us, you consent to receive text messages from Bend The Mic about your booking or your inquiry. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Bend The Mic LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bend The Mic LLC provides this website “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
