Host
$25/hr + tips · Flexible part-time
The whole guest experience, start to finish — the welcome, the room, the drinks, the goodbye, and the reset that makes the next group feel like the first.
There is no single-function job on this team. You will move between the lounge floor, the private rooms and whatever the shift needs. You and the rest of the team have freedom to establish your flow.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests and check them into their private rooms
- Serve food and drink to the rooms and the lounge — our cocktails are pre-batched and ready to pour, so this is hospitality, not bartending
- Handle checkouts, tabs and the end of a visit, down to a real goodbye
- Clean and reset rooms between bookings so every session starts fresh
- Move fluidly between the lounge, the rooms, and whatever the shift asks for
What we're looking for
- 21 or older — Oregon requires it to serve alcohol
- A warm, genuine presence; you put people at ease without trying
- Comfortable switching tasks: serving a round, resetting a room, stepping behind the bar
- An eye for detail — a clean room, a timely refill, a name remembered
Hosts will obtain
- Oregon Food Handler Certification
- OLCC Alcohol Server Permit, before your first shift
Hours
Flexible part-time hours, day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends — including some of the latest hours in Bend. We would like some roles to grow into full-time.
When you’d start
Training starts at the beginning of October, and we open the doors late in the month. Your first shifts are training shifts, and they are paid.
